Unconditional love
Now a word for your parents. Do not keep reprimanding and reproaching your children, making them angry and resentful. Rather, bring them up with loving discipline the Lord himself approves, with suggestion and godly advice. Eph 6:4 {Emphasis addded].
Fathers, do not scold your children so much that they become discouraged and quit trying, Col 3:21
You will notice that for 18 months in a baby's life, human babies enjoy a wonderful outpouring of praise. Mothers and fathers alike engage in smiling, cooing, tickling, playing, singing and generally affirm the infant.
Every messy diaper and vomiting is cool to the parental love fest.
As a leader, these level of tolerance, love, understanding and unconditional love should continue not only for children but for your significant others and indeed everyone.
Then the world will be a better place.
